"Thank you so much for repairing my SF deer blind! If you recall, I only had this blind for three seasons, only to find out that the plywood floor had experienced water damage and become rotten, rendering the blind useless and unsafe to use.
Luckily, I met you in Victoria where you offered to transport to and from Victoria as well as repair. Not only did you replace the rotten flooring with fiberglass like your Boss blinds, you repainted the exterior of the blind as well!
Just thought you should know, while my blind was being repaired, my wife and I purchased a 4x6 Boss blind with a five-foot tower stand. Honestly, I wish we had taken the time several years ago to look at your product before we purchased the SF unit. We used our Boss blind last season on a lease in Gonzales County, and moved it to another location last week. It's just like new after a year of exposure and use, it looks just like it did the day it was purchased.
Thank you for all you have done in this matter. You went beyond the call of duty to satisfy someone who at the time wasn't even a Boss customer. However, I have relived this story time, and time again, to my hunter friends, and customers across South Texas. Hopefully, my referrals will result in future business for your fine company. Your blinds are, in my opinion, the "BOSS" of the deer blind industry, no exceptions!

What a blind.
The following is embarrassing for me, but a testimonial to the exceptional quality of Boss blinds. I believe I hold the record for highest launch of a deer blind on a Texas Highway. That’s right, my straps came off on I-10. After a few rolls and an incredibly long slide into the ditch, I was sure she was a gonner. After an agonizing half-mile back up and some four-letter frenzy we pleasantly found only some road rash and a cracked window. Unbelievable! I wrestled with spending the extra money on a Boss, but now know why it is worth every cent.
